Angermunde is situated in Brandenburg, one of the sixteen states of Germany. It is just only 70Km up North to Berlin. It is a small rural Town situated in the east part of Germany, where the war didn’t made so much damage. The Origin of this Town dates back to 1233AD, and many features of those times are still visible.
A Sports Seminar was held in Angermunde in September 2004 where 13 persons, 10 of these youths,

participated in a seminar and in sports events. Zurrieq youths achieved a first place in volleyball, best player in volleyball, and second in football, all this amongst 6 countries. From this success story more contacts where made and more projects came along.
